    Amazing Customer Support

    I love our dinnerware set. The Fable Customer Support team - especially Mary - get my serious kudos for standing behind their products and offering me replacements on some of the items due to an original manufacturing defect. They understood and apologized for the issue once I brought it to their attention, and were quite forgiving when I reached out later than I should.

    I know how hard it is, especially as a Canadian company, to meet the high expectations of consumers these days, but Fable really outdid themselves with helping to solve my issue.
